Apparently they are still not listening to their users, even though they say they are. This program will not allow download to your computer with versions 1.3 or higher. Their Technical Support is a laugh - I have been trying to get help from them to correct this issue for a month now, but they would rather ignore their customers by not responding to them, rather than admit their program does not work. Look elsewhere for a program that actually works.

Really good!

Works smooth as silk. Very intuitive. Any videos can be seen and downloaded from websites -- even some that my iPhone couldnt play on its own. Hope to have a version for iPad soon.

This is perfect and easy to use. the only thing is that the menus are long to load.

It works as advertised, but it freezes up too often. A quick reboot of the app fixes everything but it shouldnt have to be that way. Im running iOS 6 on an iPhone 5: it should work perfectly. Any incoming calls or notifications interrupts anything youre doing in the app (eg, when watching a video and a notification pops up, it gets sent back to your folder, so you have find your video again, press play and scrub back to where you were. It should remember where you were and continue playing. Most other polished apps do that.) Not a huge deal, but an annoyance nonetheless. I still use the app and will continue using it, hoping the developer squashes these little bugs.

Still better file management could be implemented. Wish it would give an option for file Operations at the end of playback. Also it should have an option to transfer files to the computer through iTunes (doesnt show up in iTunes for file transfer-a huge oversight by the developers). Overall decent app, but needs lots of improvements.

Bad choice. Multiple pop ups asking you to buy games. If a new app is available, I will change this crap!

As well as this app functions I would not recommend it on principle. You only get 1 star because you charge us $4.99 for it and still subject us to ads. I had purchased Tanso, which worked just fine until the last "upgrade" included code that forced an automatic redirect on start-up to the AppStore, encouraging me to spend more money on this downloader. Its no faster or better than Tanso as far as I am concerned, and I still have to deal with ads! Given the chance, I would cheerfully accept a refund and delete this app.
