Horrible

I downloaded this app last year and it worked great for a while. Now, since the last update, nothing will download, and I mean nothing. Ive contacted customer support and their only suggestion was to restart my phone or redownload the app. I told them I did that already and it still doesnt work. Ridiculous because I paid for the app 2 months later and several emails from me, they havent responded since they made that suggestion. Customer support is horrible and the app doesnt work.
